Senior Consumer & Marketing Insights Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Serbia; 100% remote with a flexible schedule

Salary: From $3,500 net per month, plus bonuses and stock options

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize customer, market, and brand questions linked to strategic goals.
• Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research, including panel studies, surveys, focus groups, and AI-enabled methodologies.
• Analyze data and translate findings into clear, unbiased, commercially relevant insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate stakeholder decision sessions and document whether recommendations are accepted, rejected, or deferred, including the rationale.
• Co-create action plans with named owners, deadlines, and success metrics, then track implementation and measure results.
• Lead a monthly Research Council sponsored by the CMO to prioritize research, review findings, make decisions, and monitor outcomes.

Requirements

• Senior experience in consumer and marketing insights.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to connect customer understanding to business strategy.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to senior and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, alignment, and evidence-based challenge skills.
• Confident English communication skills and availability to work remotely from Serbia.
