Senior Associate, Visual Merchandising

Annual base pay: $83,500–$92,250

What you will do

• Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies in retail labs and physical retail locations.
• Implement seasonal timelines, creative product presentations, signage, marketing rollouts, and floorset direction.
• Manage in-season presentations based on sell-through, inventory, out-of-stocks, and store spatial constraints.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Planning and Allocations, Visual Communications, and Learning & Development teams.
• Deliver visual merchandising training and standards guidance to store teams.
• Test and improve visual solutions, support new store openings, and help scale retail processes.

Requirements

• Physical retail and visual merchandising experience; 2+ years of visual merchandising experience.
• Ability to collaborate across store, field, corporate, and partner teams.
• Strong multitasking, time management, adaptability, and execution skills in a high-growth environment.
• Passion for interior design, home decor, lifestyle, and design trends.
• Proficiency in Excel or comfort using Google Workspace and Slack.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and travel as required.
