What you will do

• Guide technology and cybersecurity risk analysis and control development for Commercial Banking and Enterprise Architecture.
• Create and analyze process maps for digital-asset workflows and Commercial Banking processes, translating findings into controls and improvements.
• Assess blockchain fundamentals, cryptocurrency custody models, Wallet-as-a-Service, wallets, and transaction flows to support safe product design and launch.
• Develop risk management plans, targeted assessments, risk and control self-assessments, reporting, and remediation documentation.
• Lead compliance activities and support regulatory engagements, examinations, response coordination, and follow-up requests.
• Identify emerging risks and control weaknesses, advise senior leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor newer analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant work experience, or a combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience without a degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the applicable Technology and/or Cybersecurity risk area or business unit.
• Advanced knowledge of Technology and Cybersecurity risk principles.
• Experience with technology architecture development, process mapping, audit practices, control design, and risk assessment.
• Ability to work with limited direction, exercise judgment, lead problem solving, and communicate persuasively with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to support regulatory materials, maintain internal control standards, and remediate audit and regulatory issues.

Nice to have

• CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or another certification aligned with the function or domain.
• Experience partnering with leadership to design solutions and prioritize work in a rapidly changing environment.
