Facilities Specialist – Temp

Location: Burbank, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $1,350–$1,750 USD weekly; paid weekly

What you will do

• Support daily office services and facility operations across Sphere Studios' Los Angeles production studios.
• Maintain records for state, federal, insurance, and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate janitorial, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, security, utilities, and other external vendors.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and coordinate timely resolution of maintenance, safety, and operational issues.
• Manage shipping and receiving, visitor and vendor access, and new employee access.
• Maintain pantry, office supply, and First Aid cabinet inventory, including daily replenishment and reordering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in facility operations or facility services.
• Experience with commercial office facility maintenance standards and preventive maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks accurately.
• Reliable, self-directed, collaborative, and able to coordinate across the organization.

Nice to have

• OSHA 10 Certification.
