What you will do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and hydro-mechanical systems.
• Monitor system performance and conduct daily inspections of critical building equipment.
• Support wastewater treatment operations, including chemical replenishment and pH calibration.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment, including fans, pumps, and motors.
• Coordinate with onsite vendors and contractors for facility and EHS-related work.
• Manage hazardous waste satellite accumulation areas and ensure OSHA compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Fremont, CA.
• Must be able to pass a DMV review and operate a forklift and scissor lift.
• Physical ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability for an on-call rotation schedule.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance preferred.
