Sr Commercial Portfolio Manager (Monitoring) - Equipment Finance

Location: Minnetonka, Minnesota; office-based. The position may be filled at any Huntington Bank corporate office location. Specific flexible work arrangements, if applicable, will be provided by the hiring team.

Salary: $70,000–$154,000 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Administer an assigned commercial equipment finance portfolio and maintain credit quality in line with internal policies and standards.
• Evaluate and mitigate portfolio risks and opportunities while supporting profitable customer relationships.
• Manage portfolio reviews, annual reviews, criticized loans, and material adverse change reviews.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve emerging risks in a timely manner.
• Prepare accurate portfolio reporting and specialized analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, the Team Leader, Regional Commercial Management, and the Regional Credit Officer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial portfolio management or relationship management.
• Experience reviewing financial statements for large corporations.
• Demonstrated success structuring and underwriting commercial credit.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer service orientation, professionalism, and an established professional network.
