Finance Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Act as a financial and strategic partner to the Private Brands leadership team.
• Build financial models supporting pricing, promotions, assortment, and other business decisions.
• Analyze complex datasets and convert insights into executive-ready recommendations.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Finance teams.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop and track business forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, strategic finance, financial analysis, corporate finance, or operations and supply chain finance.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, forecasting, budgeting, business-case development, and variance-analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage changing operating conditions and deliver against expectations.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in both early-stage and corporate environments.

Nice to have

• MBA and experience in brand or retail finance.
• Familiarity with e-commerce or retail business models.
• Experience with SQL and Hyperion.
