What you will do

• Own and improve monthly budget-vs-actual analysis and build live dashboards for organizational spend visibility
• Manage forecasting, variance analysis, and board reporting to hold the company accountable to its plan
• Maintain GMV forecasting models and partner with BizOps on methodology and data
• Proactively identify emerging financial trends and risks
• Improve and document core financial processes to increase accuracy and efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify cost reduction and unit economics improvement opportunities
• Lead rollout and integrity of strategic finance technology stack
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and support M&A efforts as role evolves

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or high-growth startup finance
• Proven experience building or leading strategic finance functions at startups
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build detailed models and influence leadership decisions
• Self-starter capable of independent operation and driving process improvements
• Ability to act as a strategic finance partner across the company
• Location restricted to US
