What you will do

• Investigate and assess user reports related to safety, abuse, and policy violations.
• Apply internal guidelines consistently and make objective enforcement decisions.
• Conduct risk assessments, determine severity and urgency, and escalate high-risk cases.
• Monitor livestreams in real time and respond to violations of Community Guidelines.
• Identify operational, product, policy, and technical issues that affect user safety.
• Analyze market trends, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to Trust & Safety and Product teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Trust & Safety, online moderation, risk assessment, or a related field.
• French at C1/C2 level and English at B2 minimum are required.
• Strong understanding of German culture, youth trends, and online behavioral norms.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, user dynamics, and digital communities.
• Understanding of social discovery and dating apps, including risks such as misrepresentation, boundary-pushing, emotional manipulation, and unwanted contact.
• Strong analytical, communication, decision-making, adaptability, social intelligence, and cultural awareness skills.

Nice to have

• Customer Support experience.
• Experience in environments requiring real-time decision-making.
• Spanish language skills.
