Customer Success Coordinator - French Speaker (VIE Contract)

Location: Barcelona, Spain — hybrid, with 8 days per month in the office

What you will do

• Manage customer-facing and internal operational activities supporting the implementation of hirify.global programs.
• Deliver platform demonstrations, buyer trainings, program reports, data analyses, and presentations.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer challenges.
• Help customers monitor KPIs, achieve strategic goals, adopt subscribed solutions, and optimize customization options.
• Lead or contribute to customer-focused and internal projects that improve Customer Success processes, service quality, and team efficiency.
• Create data models, identify actionable insights, and represent customer needs in the development of tools and services.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer support or account management experience with large accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Related education in Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business, or a similar field is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal French and English are required.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills, including the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, prioritization, and time management abilities.
• Comfort with Google Suite, Salesforce, AI tools, MS Office, and project management tools.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German, Spanish, or Italian.
• Knowledge of procurement systems or SaaS solutions.
• Experience in sustainability-related business environments.
