Support Engineer - FreeWheel (AdTech)

Location: Paris, France (hybrid)

What you will do

• Support customers using the FreeWheel platform for premium video advertising delivery across TV, mobile, set-top box, and web.
• Deliver customer-focused problem solving and education in a time-sensitive, follow-the-sun support model.
• Deconstruct complex problems and develop comprehensive solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into use cases for engineering improvements.
• Contribute to product documentation and continuously improve support processes.
• Advocate for customer success and help customers achieve value from the FreeWheel platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expertise.
• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing environment is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines effectively.
• Proactive, self-driven approach to problem solving.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an adaptive communication style for working with stakeholders and clients at varied technical levels.

Nice to have

• Experience learning and using technical tools such as SQL and Excel to solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of the premium video or video advertising industry.
