Manufacturing Facilities Technician

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Salary: $127,000 – $148,000

What you will do

• Maintain and repair critical facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, and electrical distribution.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and address urgent equipment breakdowns.
• Support plant expansions through utility connections, equipment drops, and system modifications.
• Manage work orders, parts inventory, and maintenance history within the CMMS.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, including lockout-tagout procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.
• Hands-on experience maintaining facilities systems in a manufacturing or industrial plant.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults down to the component level.
• Experience supporting plant expansions and equipment installations.
• Commitment to safety-first work habits and availability for shift work and on-call duties.

Nice to have

• EPA 608 certification.
• Licensed electrician or journeyman track status.
• Experience with compressed air systems.
• Fluency in CMMS software.
