GCM Relationship Manager III (Global Capital Markets)

What you will do

• Manage complex Global Capital Markets client relationships, accounts, and daily administrative and operational activities.
• Monitor account systems, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, receivables, and transaction controls.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Audit, attorneys, financial advisors, and service partners to manage regulatory and operational risks.
• Structure and close GCM transactions, participate in client meetings and sales calls, and prepare fee proposals and transaction documentation.
• Identify opportunities for new business, product development, service improvements, and control-environment enhancements.
• Supervise, mentor, and provide direction to Relationship Managers and Client Administrators, including staffing and performance-management responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of client service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 7 years of combined higher education and work experience including the required client service experience.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and related figures.
• Knowledge of corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, strategic-thinking, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of supervisory or work-leadership experience.
• CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification.
• Working knowledge of specialized internal software applications and demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
