Asset Manager Solutions International- Vice President

Location: New York, New York, United States. Office attendance is required Monday–Thursday, with remote flexibility on Friday.

Salary: $155,000–$185,000 base salary annually, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Build and expand hirify.global’s global business with a focus on US-based fund managers.
• Manage a sustainable pipeline of prospective clients and support business development activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing asset manager clients using a solutions-oriented, client-first approach.
• Contribute to strategic projects and refine hirify.global’s international offering.
• Create client education materials covering hirify.global’s solutions and capabilities.
• Share market intelligence on competition, investor appetite, and industry trends while collaborating with Research, Fund Management, Product Development, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, and other teams.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in private markets and private funds within asset or wealth management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience with fund structuring, fund platforms, and fund selection.
• Exposure to private equity or other private market asset classes and understanding of distribution models.
• Experience pitching and winning client business, managing clients, and building stakeholder trust.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, presentation, verbal, written communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Work experience outside the United States.
• Advanced degree.
