Client Relationship Manager (Financial Services)

Salary: $89,170–$148,650 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, distribution partners, and third-party administrators.
• Implement new business, retain and grow assets, and maintain client satisfaction for an assigned book of business.
• Develop business plans identifying priority clients and relationship-management actions.
• Consult with clients and brokers on investment performance, diversification, investment style, and suitability.
• Design participant education campaigns with plan sponsors to increase participation and contribution rates.
• Support sales presentations as a subject matter expert on service models, installation processes, ongoing services, and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial services or 2 years in the defined contribution marketplace.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• State insurance license.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently.
