Director - Franchise Banking PM (Commercial Banking)

What you will do

• Underwrite complex commercial loans in accordance with Huntington credit policies.
• Monitor an assigned commercial loan portfolio and identify emerging risks.
• Manage portfolio administration, including delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base requirements, covenant compliance, and product renewals.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Credit Administration, Capital Markets, Treasury Management, legal counsel, and other product partners.
• Conduct industry and market research and provide credit-policy guidance to Relationship Management colleagues.
• Train and mentor Analyst, Associate, and Associate Director colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in underwriting or a commercial banking environment.
• Experience managing commercial loan portfolios and evaluating credit risk.
• Ability to review and negotiate credit documentation with legal counsel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
