What you will do

• Lead projects across one or more Customer Asset Management functional areas and represent business needs in cross-functional initiatives.
• Partner with Business Banking, Commercial, Consumer, Mortgage, Retail, Technology, and external vendors on system enhancements and operational projects.
• Prepare departmental reports, spreadsheets, workflow analyses, historical reporting, financial analyses, and product or project strategy assessments.
• Conduct complex data reviews, research, reconciliations, and judgment-based analysis to support business decisions.
• Draft and update procedures, support audits and compliance testing, and coordinate implementation of regulatory changes.
• Provide functional system expertise and escalate risk-related issues in accordance with company controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in collections and/or default servicing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, word-processing software, and spreadsheet software.
• Work from the Getzville, New York location.
