What you will do

• Lead projects across one or more Customer Asset Management functional areas and represent business practices in cross-functional initiatives.
• Develop departmental reports, spreadsheets, project and product strategy analyses, workflow analyses, and financial analyses.
• Conduct complex data reviews, research, reconciliations, and judgment-based analysis to support business decisions.
• Plan, test, and implement projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes affecting assigned teams.
• Coordinate system support with internal business partners, Technology, and external vendors.
• Lead procedure updates, audit support, user certifications, and compliance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in collections and/or default servicing.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, word processing software, and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to follow risk, regulatory, and internal control standards and escalate risk-related issues.

• Prior experience in the functional areas supported.
