What you will do

• Concept and execute end-to-end creative campaigns across digital, web, social, print, and live events.
• Shape and evolve the brand system, including typography, color, and visual rules.
• Lead art direction for launches, paid campaigns, and a full suite of marketing collateral.
• Translate complex AI workflows into clear and memorable visual designs.
• Collaborate with motion designers, copywriters, and external partners from storyboard to delivery.
• Experiment with AI tools to push the boundaries of visual design and team efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in visual, graphic, or brand roles with a strong portfolio.
• Proven track record of owning 360 campaigns from concept through execution.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sensibility for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Active experimentation with AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience building brand systems at an early-stage company.
• On-set art direction experience for video or photography.
• Experience mentoring other designers or guiding contractors.
