Senior Creative Designer (AI)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Translate brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity into creative experiences across marketing, sales, customer, and digital touchpoints.
• Develop concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, customer stories, demand-generation programs, and other marketing initiatives.
• Design websites, landing pages, email experiences, presentations, sales materials, research reports, guides, and customer-facing collateral.
• Turn complex advertising, measurement, product, data, and business concepts into clear visual narratives, diagrams, frameworks, and data visualizations.
• Create video concepts, treatments, scripts, storyboards, motion assets, and visual direction, coordinating external production partners when needed.
• Build scalable templates, guidelines, asset libraries, and AI-assisted workflows while managing projects from brief through final delivery.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in brand, marketing, visual, multidisciplinary, or related creative design roles.
• In-house experience, ideally in a growing B2B technology, SaaS, media, advertising technology, or marketing technology environment.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong work across websites, campaigns, presentations, content, video, social, and sales enablement.
• Strong visual design fundamentals and the ability to simplify complex products, data, technical concepts, and business messages.
• Proficiency with Webflow, Figma, Canva, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Cloud, plus capability in motion design, video editing, storyboarding, or multimedia production.
• Experience managing projects, stakeholders, feedback, timelines, freelancers, agencies, and external production resources, as well as using AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Krea, or Gamma.

Nice to have

• Experience with CTV, streaming video, performance advertising, or adtech.
• Motion, animation, video editing, or production and shoot-direction experience.
• Experience managing freelancers or external creative and production partners.
• Familiarity with creative testing, versioning, performance data, copywriting, headline development, or verbal brand development.
