Treasury Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Salary: $135,000–$175,000 per year, plus equity

hirify.global builds and operates large-scale compute infrastructure for AI, including power systems and data centers.

What you will do

• Own global cash and liquidity operations to support rapid infrastructure growth.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization.
• Build and scale the treasury function from the ground up.
• Manage banking relationships and coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Operations leadership.
• Oversee FX risk management, multi-currency operations, international payments, and cross-border transactions.
• Support intercompany funding structures and other treasury activities.

Requirements

• Experience in treasury, corporate finance, or a related function, ideally in a high-growth technology or infrastructure company.
• Proven experience with cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and bank relationship management.
• Strong understanding of FX risk management and multi-currency operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and treasury management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CTP or CFA designation.
• Experience building or scaling a treasury function at a startup or scale-up.
• Familiarity with capital markets, debt facilities, or venture and growth-stage financing.
