Treasury Manager

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; on-site

Salary: $110,000–$140,000 annually plus bonus

What you will do

• Build and oversee banking and investment infrastructure supporting multi-billion-dollar projects.
• Manage the investment portfolio, external investment advisor relationships, and compliance with the Investment Policy Statement.
• Analyze interest rate exposure, develop hedging strategies, evaluate and execute derivative transactions, and ensure lender-mandated hedging compliance.
• Own debt covenant compliance across multiple SPVs and legal entities, including monitoring, reporting, lender communications, and covenant headroom management.
• Develop reporting and monitoring frameworks for existing and future debt facilities and support liquidity forecasting and cash management.
• Prepare executive reporting packages, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses using Excel and PowerPoint.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or investment management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with exceptional Excel modeling capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial theory, capital structure, WACC, derivatives, portfolio management, valuations, and fixed income.
• Hands-on experience with interest rate derivatives, hedging strategy development and execution, investment portfolio oversight, and external advisor management.
• Ability to analyze legal documents, lead complex cross-functional workstreams, communicate recommendations clearly, and deliver hands-on work under tight timelines.

Nice to have

• CFA charterholder or progress toward the CFA designation.
• MBA, Master of Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Bloomberg modeling tools and API syntax.
