What you will do

  • Develop and implement cGMP training programs for manufacturing employees.
  • Conduct training needs analyses, identify knowledge and procedural gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Create on-the-job training criteria and train-the-trainer programs.
  • Deliver cGMP training on SOPs, equipment, change controls, documentation, health, and safety.
  • Manage training content, records, skill matrices, onboarding activities, and new-hire progress.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness, report on initiatives, support regulatory and customer audits, and contribute to SOPs, technical manuals, and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of GMP training in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • 5–7 years of experience in a biotech, pharmaceutical, GMP, or FDA-regulated environment, preferably in training or leadership.
  • Experience training people who are unfamiliar with cGMP concepts and preparing and delivering training materials.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, training delivery, safety and compliance requirements, operational workflows, documentation control, and audit readiness.
  • Strong written communication, reporting, problem-solving, organization, time management, and escalation management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence operational leaders, and manage multiple priorities; a valid driver’s license may be required.
