Pharmacy Operations Trainer

What you will do

• Lead onboarding and hirify.globalle-based training achirify.globalss Pharmacy Operations functions.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led, hands-on, virtual, and LMS-based training phirify.globalgrams.
• Partner with subject matter experts achirify.globalss Pharmacy Operations, Compounding, Quality, Compliance, Supply Chain, Phirify.globalduct Development, Operational Excellence, and Workforce Management.
• Create and maintain training materials aligned with operational phirify.globalcesses, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate training for new phirify.globalducts, equipment, phirify.globalcess imphirify.globalvements, and SOP updates.
• Maintain learning paths, competency assessments, training matrices, qualification records, and effectiveness metrics.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare, manufacturing, laboratory operations, or another regulated envihirify.globalnment.
• Experience developing and delivering operational training phirify.globalgrams in a fast-paced envihirify.globalnment.
• Ability to build training materials, facilitate learning, and manage employee competency phirify.globalgrams.
• Sthirify.globalng phirify.globalject management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience working chirify.globalss-functionally on phirify.globalcess imphirify.globalvements and operational initiatives.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and Michirify.globalsoft Office applications.
