Sales Support Specialist - Huntington Distribution Finance (HDF)

Location: Schaumburg, Illinois, United States; office-based

Salary: $22.00–$41.50 per hour, plus eligibility for applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Contact prospects according to daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
• Validate and enter account information in Inventory Engine to maintain accurate records.
• Review applications and requirements for compliance with legal, credit, and compliance policies.
• Qualify prospects by gathering information about products, brands, and distributors.
• Lead qualified prospects through onboarding from application to activation, including organizational-structure review, UCC filings, and system-generated loan documentation.
• Track, report, and forecast the active pipeline while collaborating with internal and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of banking experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, finance, loan documentation, or customer support.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, credit fundamentals, and UCCs.
