What you will do

• Analyze process maps, procedures, and control design language to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Provide timely feedback and effective challenge to business partners across Institutional Services.
• Coordinate walkthroughs, build consensus, and facilitate process and control improvements.
• Identify opportunities to use data and automation to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
• Develop knowledge of Institutional Services products, business processes, and regulatory compliance criteria.
• Manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, status updates, and next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of combined higher education and work experience including at least 3 years of relevant banking experience.
• At least 3 years of experience formulating, developing, and working within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, and management skills.
• Ability to communicate concepts and theories and develop alternative recommendations.
• Ability to present effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to build consensus and move projects forward despite roadblocks and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative or analytical discipline.
• Master’s degree.
• Public accounting experience auditing banking-industry SEC registrants.
