Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Support deployment and operation of the digital assets risk management program and roadmap.
• Identify, assess, measure, report, and respond to risks related to crypto product implementation and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop and improve risk controls, policies, procedures, job aids, metrics, reports, and governance documentation.
• Analyze and triage risk escalations, conduct root cause analysis, identify risk themes, and coordinate remediation.
• Provide subject matter expertise on business, technical, operational, and regulatory requirements for digital assets and spot crypto offerings.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and support responses to audits, regulatory inquiries, and leadership requests.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a risk management practitioner with increasing responsibility for projects and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience in an enterprise risk or operations program, preferably in digital assets or highly regulated banking.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and laws related to digital assets and spot crypto offerings.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting information, and assessing risk controls.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital assets and regulated banking entities.
• Graduate-level education.
• Project planning, task and deliverable management, and meeting facilitation experience.
• Strong business judgment and ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
