What you will do

• Analyze process and control designs across the Institutional Services segment.
• Review process maps, procedures, and control language, providing timely feedback and recommendations.
• Identify and communicate risks, build consensus with business partners, and facilitate process improvements.
• Conduct walkthroughs and support the establishment and maintenance of effective control processes.
• Identify opportunities to use data and automation to strengthen processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, status updates, and next steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a combined minimum of 9 years of higher education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in the Banking and Capital Markets industry.
• At least 3 years of experience formulating, developing, and working within cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, presentation, and management skills.
• Ability to explain concepts and theories, develop alternative recommendations, build consensus, and move projects forward despite obstacles and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative or analytical discipline.
• Master’s degree.
• Public accounting experience auditing banking industry SEC registrants.
