Salary: $89,600–$149,300 annually

What you will do

• Perform independent quality monitoring reviews of individual commercial loans and targeted portfolios.
• Validate risk ratings, credit file completeness, underwriting quality, and adherence to credit policies.
• Analyze borrower financial data, cash flow, repayment capacity, collateral documentation, and collateral collectability.
• Provide guidance to Commercial Credit teams on complex loan relationships and communicate findings to management.
• Prepare reports, escalate material findings, and support risk mitigation, audit remediation, and regulatory control activities.
• Coach and mentor staff and contribute to training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience including 5 years in credit, lending, finance, accounting, audit, or a related area.
• Working knowledge of credit risk management techniques, regulatory guidance, and bank credit administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and database software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete work within established timelines.

Nice to have

• MBA, advanced degree, or CPA.
• Experience with Capital IQ, FactSet, or Bloomberg.
