Policy Analyst and Staff Action Officer

What you will do

• Develop, assess, and maintain organizational policies, procedures, and governance documentation.
• Manage organizational calendars, priorities, and task flow to support leadership decision-making.
• Administer SharePoint collaboration sites for records management and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate meetings, working groups, and stakeholder engagements to promote policy alignment.
• Use CATMS or similar systems to track and close organizational actions.
• Support administrative and project management processes to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• 12+ years of experience in policy analysis, governance, or project management.
• Master's degree in IT, Government, Public Policy, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience developing organizational policies and governance documentation.
• Experience with SharePoint for document control and records management.
• Recent experience using CATMS or similar task management systems.
