GTM Engineer (Salesforce/AI)

What you will do

• Design and ship workflow automations and AI agents across the commercial funnel, including enrichment, routing, handoffs, and reporting.
• Own Salesforce configuration, fields, layouts, flows, permissions, security, platform health, and Apex-based improvements where needed.
• Maintain commercial data quality through hygiene rules, deduplication, integrity standards, audits, and remediation.
• Provide day-to-day support for the commercial technology stack, including triage, fixes, and clear communication.
• Deliver commercial tooling projects and connect Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success systems.
• Partner with TechOps to shape the company’s AI agenda and support AI adoption across commercial teams.

Requirements

• Experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, or an adjacent technical role, ideally with 2+ years in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Evidence of building automations, integrations, AI agents, internal tools, or other systems used by others.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including backend configuration, flows, permissions, platform health, and familiarity with Apex.
• Experience integrating APIs, webhooks, and no-code platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, with light scripting where appropriate.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools, strong data-quality discipline, and the ability to work independently across BAU support and projects.
• Fluent English communication and the ability to work with both commercial and technical stakeholders.

• Experience embedding AI into operational workflows, including enrichment, automated QA, or AI agents.
