Focus on designing PostgreSQL schemas, optimizing complex SQL queries, connecting ERP and business platforms, and solving production issues across critical enterprise workflows.

What you will do
- Build and maintain REST APIs, backend services, and scalable application architectures for internal business processes.
- Design relational database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and optimize PostgreSQL performance.
- Develop integrations across ERP, CRM, HR, finance, engineering, and operational platforms, including Dynamics AX, Salesforce, OneStream, and Workday.
- Translate operational requirements from business stakeholders into reliable software solutions that improve efficiency and automation.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to code reviews, testing, documentation, deployment, and application modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of production software development experience using Python.
- Strong experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks.
- Strong SQL skills, relational database design experience, and REST API development experience.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Linux, and Docker.
- Experience developing frontend applications with React and TypeScript.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and business systems, especially ERP and finance platforms.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
