Associate, Operations Procurement (Renewable Energy)

Location: Hybrid position based in the Scottsdale, Arizona office, United States. Ability to travel up to 15%.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for an annual cash bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and manage strategic sourcing programs for equipment and services across the operational renewable energy fleet.
• Coordinate procurement transactions, internal reporting, analytics, and cost projections with operations, engineering, and asset management stakeholders.
• Run competitive RFx events with internal stakeholders, aftermarket suppliers, and original equipment manufacturers.
• Establish aftermarket programs for materials and services at sites no longer covered by original equipment or long-term service warranties.
• Support supply and service agreements, negotiate contract exhibits, and coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals.
• Manage procure-to-pay activities, including vendor qualification, selection, onboarding, purchase orders, payments, logistics, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, supply chain, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry.
• Knowledge of wind, solar, and battery energy storage technologies.
• Familiarity with commercial negotiations and contracting.
• Project management, negotiation, contract management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, OneNote, and document control.

Nice to have

• Experience with Turbine Supply Agreements and wind or solar operations and maintenance agreements.
• Familiarity with SAP procurement systems.
