TL;DR
IT Associate (IT Support): Supporting and maintaining employee devices, accounts, endpoints, networks, and cloud applications across a modern IT environment with an accent on Microsoft 365, macOS, identity management, and endpoint security. Focus on troubleshooting complex hardware and connectivity issues, managing device lifecycles and compliance, and assisting with infrastructure and security improvements.

What you will do
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees using Windows and macOS.
- Provision, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and track laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Administer Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, user accounts, licensing, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Support identity and access management with Okta, MFA, and Single Sign-On.
- Manage endpoint compliance, software deployments, security configurations, patching, and endpoint protection.
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, firewall, and other network connectivity issues while maintaining documentation and supporting IT projects.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or IT operations.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user management.
- Experience supporting macOS devices and familiarity with Mobile Device Management solutions.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless networking, firewall concepts, network security, and access control.
- Experience with endpoint management, software deployment, device lifecycle management, and troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, and cloud applications.
- Strong customer service, communication, organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Microsoft Entra ID, or other identity and endpoint management platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, SonicWall, Palo Alto, Cisco Meraki, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting cloud-first or hybrid environments.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Fundamentals certification.
