IT Support Specialist 1-Durant Casino

Location: Durant, Oklahoma, United States — 100% onsite. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; after-hours or weekend support may be required.

What you will do

• Receive, prioritize, document, diagnose, and resolve end-user help requests.
• Provide hands-on desktop support for desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install and upgrade software, configure systems and applications, and implement file backups.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, cloud applications, and other supported software.
• Document user information and issue details accurately in the support workflow.
• Resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the appropriate technical personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical training in helpdesk support, support technician, or help desk technician work.
• 1–2 years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking, including PCs, macOS, servers, switches, and routers.
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems, Windows Servers, Microsoft 365, cloud applications, remote users, and a ticketing system such as ServiceNow, Cherwell, Jira, or Zendesk.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment, communicate professionally, and lift or move computer equipment as needed.
