Pricing and Proposals Lead - Cardiac Solutions (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Develop pricing proposals, Statements of Service, Change Orders, and commercial documentation using internal and client templates.
• Review and interpret Requests for Proposal, clinical trial protocols, and client requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Science, Project Management, and operational teams to create accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
• Support pricing reviews for large, complex clinical trials and strategic programs.
• Perform peer reviews and maintain accurate pricing, budget, project, and CRM information.
• Improve templates, processes, workflows, document management, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in life sciences, clinical research, pharmaceuticals, CROs, or related industries.
• Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology, processes, and practices is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and availability to work remotely from the United States.
