TL;DR
Customer Service Professional (Market Access & Pricing): Supporting Canadian access and pricing strategies for current and future rare disease products with an accent on reimbursement pathways, pricing governance, HTA submissions, and payer engagement. Focus on coordinating CDA-AMC and INESSS activities, modeling financial impacts, supporting pCPA and provincial reimbursement planning, and aligning cross-functional launch deliverables.

Location: Toronto, Canada. Full-time role within hirify.global Canada Commercial with a hybrid/remote working arrangement subject to company policy and business needs. Travel within Canada and occasional international travel may be required.

hirify.global is an international research-focused biopharmaceutical group developing and commercializing innovative medicines, with a Global Rare Diseases unit focused on rare and ultra-rare disorders.

What you will do

  • Support Canadian reimbursement and access strategies for new and existing rare disease products.
  • Contribute to pricing strategy, governance, scenario modeling, and financial impact assessments.
  • Coordinate Canadian HTA activities, including CDA-AMC and INESSS submissions.
  • Prepare value dossiers, budget impact models, economic evidence, and payer communication materials.
  • Support pCPA, provincial reimbursement discussions, Product Listing Agreements, and payer relationships.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Finance, Legal, Regulatory, Patient Services, HEOR, and Global teams while maintaining compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, health sciences, life sciences, economics, public health, business, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in market access, pricing, reimbursement, payer relations, HEOR, or related pharmaceutical or biotechnology roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian HTA, pCPA, PMPRB, provincial reimbursement, private payer processes, and the Canadian healthcare environment.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, cross-functional deliverables, external partners, and changing business needs.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to prepare executive-ready payer, pricing, and reimbursement materials.

Nice to have

  • Experience in rare diseases, specialty care, biologics, orphan drugs, or product launches.
  • Experience with CDA-AMC, INESSS, pCPA, provincial listing, or private payer submissions.
  • Experience with value dossiers, budget impact models, payer research, pricing governance, and payer access tools or dashboards.
