Software Engineer (SCADA)

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $224,000 – $264,000

What you will do

• Build services, integrations, and interfaces for the SCADA stack on top of site control systems.
• Ship integrations between SCADA and EPMS platforms and internal data/automation layers.
• Manage historians and event flows, including alarms, trends, and states.
• Develop tooling to make SCADA deployments repeatable across multiple sites.

Requirements

• Experience building software against SCADA, EPMS, or industrial control systems.
• Proven ability to integrate OPC UA, historians, or alarm systems into modern stacks.
• Experience turning manual per-site setups into templated, repeatable deployments.
• Ability to write production-grade code and test against critical industrial systems.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Ignition, Wonderware, or GE platforms.
• Knowledge of IEC 61850 or power protocols.
• Experience with Python or C#.
• Familiarity with data center electrical systems.
