What you will do

• Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify relationship-growth opportunities through appointments, referrals, customer follow-up, and internal and external partners.
• Educate customers about online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other bank areas and build strong internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using mobile services and online banking technology.
• Must currently be authorized to work full time in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, and business lending.
• Presentation skills.
