What you will do

• Administer, configure, and optimize the ERP and financial systems environment.
• Design and improve workflows across Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, and procure-to-pay processes.
• Build and maintain integrations across the Finance technology stack.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve Finance process efficiency.
• Lead system enhancements from requirements gathering through testing and deployment.
• Maintain data integrity, access controls, documentation, reporting, SOX controls, vendor relationships, and user support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience administering ERP and financial systems.
• Strong hands-on NetSuite administration and configuration experience, including workflows, reporting, roles, permissions, and integrations.
• Hands-on Coupa experience supporting procurement and procure-to-pay workflows.
• Strong understanding of Accounting and Finance processes.
• Experience integrating ERP with other financial systems and leading implementations, enhancements, or automation projects.
• Strong project management, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in a high-growth, manufacturing, or automotive environment.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance and multi-entity financial environments.
• Experience with APIs, middleware, SuiteScript, Python, or other automation tools.
