Registered Brokerage Client Service Associate (Fintech)

Location: Remote - Americas (PST); Pacific Timezone coverage required

What you will do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and broker partners regarding service needs and operational issues.
• Submit and process funds distributions, cash and stock journals, account updates, ACAT initiations, and other brokerage requests.
• Research and respond to issues involving forms, transfers, and operational submissions.
• Collaborate with trading, brokerage operations, sales, solutions, customer success, engineering, and product teams to resolve client issues.
• Ensure new business paperwork is submitted accurately and successfully.
• Make independent decisions within general guidelines while maintaining a positive and resilient approach in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in the securities industry.
• FINRA Series 7 license required.
• Experience with FINRA, federal, and SEC regulations.
• Basic understanding of KYC and client onboarding processes.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment and adapt to changing business and regulatory requirements.
