Junior Customer Success Manager (Fintech)

Location: APAC; fully remote

What you will do

• Manage customers across technical, business, and product topics to help them achieve their goals.
• Build and grow relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Identify customer opportunities and potential challenges.
• Deliver client training and webinars.
• Introduce new features, support feature releases, and share client feedback internally.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, Partners, Product Management, Legal, and Marketing as the client representative.

Requirements

• Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Project Manager in crypto, fintech, or payments.
• Advanced English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach.

• Basic understanding of KYC.
