Salesforce Sr Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Columbus, OH, United States; office workplace type. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Build and unit test Salesforce components based on technical designs.
• Collaborate with QA team members to resolve code and configuration defects.
• Research new Salesforce capabilities and platform-related issues, documenting findings.
• Participate in Scrum planning, story refinement, daily updates, code reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Enhance DevOps processes, including pipelines, monitoring, and test automation.
• Work with Git branching and code-merging practices, APIs, events, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with the Salesforce Core Sales/Service platform.
• At least 2 years of experience working in a Scrum team environment.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWCs, flows, triggers, complex formulas, workflows, and Salesforce security.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Copado, MuleSoft, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator Level 1.
