Sr. MuleSoft Engineer (Loyalty)

TL;DR

Sr. MuleSoft Engineer (Loyalty): Building and optimizing GM's Loyalty platforms with an accent on earn/redeem experiences and integration services. Focus on designing API-led architectures, developing microservices with .NET Core, and integrating MuleSoft with Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid; Must report to Austin, Texas or Warren, Michigan at least 3 times a week

What you will do

• Lead the generation of technical solutions, including requirements specification, analysis, development, and testing for loyalty programs.
• Design, develop, and deploy APIs on the MuleSoft platform integrating with Salesforce.
• Develop and deploy microservices using .NET Core and associated UI code.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to execution teams to ensure best practices.
• Create high-level and low-level design documents meeting client requirements and standards.
• Configure MuleSoft and Azure environments and conduct in-depth code reviews to optimize performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on MuleSoft experience including DataWeave.
• 5+ years of development experience with .NET technologies, specifically .NET Core and Microservices.
• Proven experience architecting, designing, and deploying applications on the cloud.
• Strong knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, and security protocols (OAuth2, OpenId Connect, SAML).
• Proficiency in DevSecOps, CI/CD, Agile, and TDD methodologies.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience.
• Experience with Angular or React for frontend web development.
• Experience with Java development and microservices using Spring Boot.
• Specific experience with Salesforce integrations.
