Deal Administrator - Trade Finance (Loan Administration)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid work model with in-office and work-from-home flexibility

Salary: $80,000–$102,000 base salary annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus

ING’s Americas Wholesale Banking division provides financial products and services to domestic and international corporate and institutional clients.

What you will do

• Administer Trade Finance transactions and support the daily servicing of a large Receivables and Supply Chain Finance loan portfolio.
• Process receivables, incoming payments, invoices, bills, and other financial transactions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers, interest, and fees; investigate discrepancies and resolve outstanding payment issues.
• Monitor loan repricing, commitment limits, expiration dates, cash flow, and transaction processing timelines.
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation in the Loan IQ Lending platform and perform regular audits.
• Act as a primary internal and external client contact and collaborate with other departments on financial operations and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field from an accredited U.S. school or equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance.
• Experience with Trade Finance agreements and related loan documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, control, procedural, quality, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to manage multiple tasks and work under stressful conditions.
• Effective verbal and written communication with a client-service-oriented approach.
