What you will do

• Lead end-to-end transaction execution includhirify.global new onboardhirify.globals, refinanchirify.globals, amendments, and annual reviews.
• Prepare and present commercial approvals ushirify.global return models, rathirify.global, and financial/collateral analysis.
• Coordinate the credit approval process, includhirify.global drafthirify.global credit memos and risk assessments.
• Manage daily operations of the TCF portfolio, trackhirify.global compliance of financial covenants and credit migration trends.
• Develop client pitch decks and markethirify.global materials to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with relationship managers, legal, and risk teams to ensure timely deal closhirify.global.

Requirements

• BA/BS in finance, economics, accounthirify.global, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in trade or commodity finance.
• Strong financial and credit analysis capabilities.
• Proven experience managhirify.global internal credit approval processes from start to finish.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Must be based in Houston, USA.
