Credit Portfolio Manager II (Restaurant & Franchise Finance)

Salary: $120,000–$198,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage a designated portfolio of Middle Market commercial loans, overseeing risk profiles, compliance, underwriting, and risk-rating policy adherence.
• Perform financial analysis and credit investigations for new and existing business, recommending credit solutions and communicating decisions to Relationship Managers.
• Lead complex credit activities and specialized lending transactions while ensuring consistent underwriting quality and timely delivery.
• Identify emerging macro and micro risks and partner with Lending and Credit Officers to resolve audit and examination exceptions.
• Lead staff management, workflow oversight, service-level standards, performance management, and department initiatives.
• Consult with business lines and senior management on credit issues, processes, timelines, and cost-benefit analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of related experience in commercial credit, lending, or financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of commercial business development techniques and credit decisions.
• Demonstrated credit and financial analysis skills.
• Refined negotiation and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage people, complex workflows, confidential information, and multiple tasks.
