BIM Specialist (m/f/d)

Salary: €3,500 minimum gross monthly (adjustable based on qualifications and experience)

What you will do

• Create advanced parametric Revit families for lighting products, including nested and formula-driven designs.
• Develop Dynamo and Python-based configurators and maintain Revit type catalogs.
• Export and optimize files (.dwg, .3ds, .obj) from Revit models and interpret technical drawings/manuals.
• Support lighting designers in Revit projects across all phases and produce training materials/tutorials.
• Apply open BIM standards, handle IFC exports with custom properties, and maintain BIM libraries on platforms.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Completed technical education or comparable background with advanced BIM knowledge.
• Excellent Revit skills (Family Editor, Project environment, shared parameters, type catalogs).
• Understanding of project phases, LOD, and technical documentation; good with Rhinoceros and AutoCAD.
• Experience in lighting or architectural planning advantageous; adaptable in dynamic environment.
