Senior Product Manager

Location: Fully remote, United States work authorization required

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 annually

What you will do

• Own project planning, milestone tracking, and resource coordination for a cross-functional technical response team.
• Coordinate rapid-response efforts across VA program offices and engineering teams addressing enterprise-level technical issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholder communication and keep teams aligned on resolution efforts.
• Lead change management and communicate program progress to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams and navigate competing priorities.
• Manage project tracking in Jira or similar tools.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Federal IT experience, ideally with the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Experience delivering milestones across complex, multi-team programs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional technical environments with competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree and familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools.
