Product Manager, Inspection Software

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nebraska, Montana, New Hampshire, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia; non-Seattle Washington

Salary: $112,500–$157,500 annually, plus eligibility for long-term incentive awards

What you will do

• Own product roadmap execution for one or more inspection software brands, translating strategic priorities into requirements and actionable plans.
• Partner with engineering on technical approaches, architecture tradeoffs, scope, and product constraints.
• Set a high standard for usability and design quality across product work.
• Manage and mentor Associate Product Managers, including reviewing requirements and coaching on prioritization and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate weekly stakeholder demos, quarterly leadership demos, and end-to-end launches with risk tracking, QA sign-off, and communication.
• Use customer feedback, product usage, support data, NPS, sales, and customer success input to guide prioritization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience, including substantial work with engineering teams on technical products.
• Strong technical background with the ability to evaluate architecture, tradeoffs, and constraints.
• Demonstrated leadership in product usability and design quality.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior Product Managers or Associate Product Managers, or leading cross-functional execution without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and feedback tools such as Pendo or Canny.
• Strong data-driven prioritization and written communication skills.
