Digital Identity Senior Consultant (IAM)

Location: Hybrid work in Boston, New York City, Washington, DC, or McLean, with in-person work in local hirify.global offices and on client sites; local or out-of-state travel may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $112,000–$168,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $123,200–$184,800.

What you will do

• Consult with clients on complex identity and access management challenges.
• Implement identity tools and processes in client environments.
• Deliver IAM and PAM assessments, strategies, roadmaps, and program advisory support.
• Establish project scopes and work plans, prepare deliverables, and apply consulting methodologies.
• Mentor, train, and coach interns and consultants while supervising engagement teams.
• Build client relationships and communicate risks, opportunities, and technical challenges to executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Experience with IAM, including identity governance and administration, access lifecycle management, PAM, and role-based access control.
• Experience designing or implementing IGA and access management technologies such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, Okta, or Ping Identity.
• Knowledge of CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, LDAP, or virtual directories.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization, interpret data, communicate with clients, and lead or mentor teams.

Nice to have

• Okta or Saviynt experience.
• Identity vendor certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and Access.
